These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of products offered by Serafino JWL S.R.L. By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms.

2. Products and availability

Serafino offers fine jewelry crafted from precious metals and gemstones, in compliance with applicable legislation.

Product images are for presentation purposes only and minor variations may occur without affecting essential characteristics.

3. Orders

Orders may be placed online or through Serafino consultants. An order becomes binding once it has been confirmed and, where applicable, payment has been received.

4. Prices and payments

All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the website and include applicable legal taxes. Serafino reserves the right to modify prices at any time, except for confirmed orders.

5. Shipping

Shipping is complimentary and carried out via secure courier services. All shipments are fully insured for the total value of the products.

6. Right of return

Standard products may be returned within the legally applicable period, subject to the conditions outlined in the Shipping & Returns section.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

7. Personalized / Made-to-Order Jewellery

Jewelry items that are custom-made or personalized (including, but not limited to: special sizes, engravings, customized stone selections, design alterations, or any item created according to the customer’s specifications) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, in accordance with applicable law.

Once a personalized order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, and any payment made is non-refundable.

Serafino guarantees the quality of craftsmanship and conformity of the product with the agreed specifications, as stated in the warranty certificate.

8. Warranty and service

All products are covered by warranty in accordance with the Warranty & Service policy available on the website. This warranty does not affect statutory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property

All website content (texts, images, designs, logos) is the property of Serafino JWL S.R.L. and may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Romania.
