Shipping

We deliver within Romania by courier, with the parcel fully insured. Free shipping, insurance included, on orders over 1,000 lei; under 1,000 lei, shipping costs 35 lei, insurance included.

Orders with items in stock are usually dispatched within 24 working hours and arrive within 1–3 working days of the airway bill (AWB) being issued. Made-to-order jewellery: the lead time given when you order (usually 4–6 weeks).

You can collect your order free of charge from our showroom at Calea Dorobanților 157-1B, Sector 1, Bucharest.

If we do not deliver on time, you may cancel the order and receive your money back.

Returns (14-day withdrawal)

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason. Return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item is faulty, we pay the shipping (legal guarantee of conformity).
