The European Union harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960).
Legal guarantee of conformity – 2 years
For any piece of jewellery bought from Serafino, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021). If the defect appears within the first year, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. You are entitled, free of charge, to repair or replacement within no more than 15 calendar days; if these are not possible, to a price reduction or a refund. Shipping for the remedy is free of charge.
How to use the guarantee
Bring the jewellery and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or order number) to our showroom, or write to us at contact@serafinojewellery.com / +40 748 788 881. We will confirm receipt and resolve the matter within no more than 15 calendar days.
In addition to the legal guarantee, Serafino offers a commercial warranty, described on the Warranty and service page and in the warranty certificate. The commercial warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
