Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The period runs from the day on which you (or a person indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. If an order contains several items delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last item.

How to withdraw

• the easiest way: the “Withdraw from the contract here” button, or
• an e-mail to contact@serafinojewellery.com, a letter to our registered office or the withdrawal form (not mandatory). It is enough to send your statement before the 14-day period expires.

Your request is recorded with the date and time shown on screen, and you will receive the e-mail confirmation from contact@serafinojewellery.com on the same working day.

How to send the item back

Send the item, together with the warranty certificate, within no more than 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal, to our store: SERAFINO JWL S.R.L., Calea Dorobanților no. 157-1B, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania. You may also bring it directly to the store.

The cost of return shipping is borne by you. We recommend a parcel insured for the value of the jewellery, as the risk during transport is yours.

Refund

We will refund all payments received, including the standard initial delivery cost, within no more than 14 days of the date you informed us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or proof that you have sent it, whichever is earliest. We use the same means of payment (for cash on delivery, a bank transfer to the account you indicate), at no cost to you.

You may inspect the item as you would in a store. If the item has been worn or damaged beyond such inspection, we may deduct the diminished value from the refund.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

• jewellery made to your specifications or clearly personalised (engraving, design or specially chosen stones, bespoke orders).

Exchange

In addition to the right of withdrawal, you may exchange an item once within 30 days of delivery, if it has not been worn (details on Warranty and service).

Faulty or wrong item

Write to us straight away. The legal guarantee of conformity applies, with free shipping (paid by us).
