At Serafino, jewelry becomes a personal expression. Our Bespoke Jewellery service is designed for those who wish to create a one-of-a-kind piece, fully custom-made — from an original idea, an existing design, or a meaningful inspiration.

Each creation is developed in close collaboration with the client, from selecting the metal and gemstones to defining proportions, details, and finishes. There are no design limits — every piece is crafted to reflect the wearer’s identity and story.

The bespoke process

   Personal consultation
   
   We discuss the concept, design, materials, and budget.
   

2. 
   Confirmation & deposit
   
   A 50% deposit of the total value is required to initiate the order.
   

3. 
   Production
   
   Once the final design is approved, the piece enters production.
   

4. 
   Delivery
   
   The production timeline is approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Custom-made / bespoke jewelry:

  is non-returnable and non-exchangeable;

  cannot be cancelled once the design has been approved and the deposit paid;
